• Responsible for the project engineering implementation, commissioning, upgrading, troubleshooting, network optimization, network planning, and other subsequent maintenance tasks for business products;
• Tracking of Communication equipment problems, feedback and handling of complex problems, collection and arrangement of technical information
• understanding users' opinions on the company's product technology, quality issues, and service levels;
• cooperate with pre-sales to maintain customer relations and provide necessary technical support
• Other daily work

• Professional knowledge in telecommunication, computer and network knowledge, database knowledge.
• Proficiency in oral Engish, reading and writing, coordination and expression skills, strong sense of teamwork, learning and stress resistance.
• Relevant work experience is preferred

• Familiar with one of the following: wireless communication products, core network products, bearer products, or fixed network products.
