United HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical – one of the TOP 5 service providers in the San Jose, California and Bay area.

We are looking for a Team Lead of Dispatchers — a proactive and organized leader who can motivate the team, ensure smooth daily operations, and drive performance toward company goals. This position is ideal for someone with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Schedule: from 8–9 AM to 6–7 PM (PST), 2 days off per week (flexible)
Probation period: 1 month
Salary: Base salary $1,000 per month during probation, then $1,300 after successful completion, plus performance bonuses (from $100 to $1000)
Type: Long-term position ONLY

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate the team of dispatchers to achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
• Oversee scheduling and coordination of technicians to ensure efficient service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor calls, performance, and communication standards, providing coaching and feedback.
• Collaborate closely with technicians, ensuring smooth communication between field and office teams.
• Participate in the hiring and onboarding of new dispatchers.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, customer service standards, and workflow procedures.
• Analyze team results, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
• Maintain a positive, productive, and supportive work atmosphere in the department.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a dispatcher, CSR, or team lead in a service company (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar).
• Confident computer and CRM user (Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, or similar).
• Fluent in English and Russian (spoken and written).
