Innovation Digital is a IT company engaged in the development of interactive sales and marketing solutions for Real Estate developers. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic team with the possibility of relocation to the UAE.
Senior Account Manager is the key liaison between our clients and internal production teams, ensuring that product development projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and meet the highest standards. Our customers are large developers in the UAE, KSA, Canada among others globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
-
Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with the clients, acting as the main point of contact for all project-related communication.Understand client needs and objectives, translate them into actionable product requirements, and ensure alignment with development teams.

Engage with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, to discuss project goals, timelines, and opportunities for expansion.
Project & Risk Management:
-
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT product development projects, ensuring that deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks, ensuring smooth project delivery and minimizing disruptions.
Team Collaboration & Leadership:
-
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (project management, development, design, QA, etc.) to ensure that project milestones are achieved and client requirements are met.

Mentor and support team members, ensuring effective communication and a client-centric approach.

Influence and persuade internal stakeholders to prioritize client needs, even without direct authority.
Client Satisfaction & Retention:

Monitor and manage client expectations, ensuring that timelines, deliverables, and product features are communicated effectively and met.

Advocate for clients internally, ensuring their needs are prioritized and acted upon.
Change Management & Adaptability:
-
Lead internal teams through transitions, ensuring smooth delivery even when project parameters shift.
Requirements:
-
Professional experience. 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role, ideally within the IT product development or software services sector.

Strategic thinking. Full understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including planning, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Communication skills. Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Stress resistance. Ability to manage multiple accounts or projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on proactive issue resolution and customer satisfaction.

Strong leadership. Team collaboration skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.

Analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions and provide clients with insightful reporting.

Languages: English (C1-C2), Russian (C1-C2/native).
