• Oversee administrative operations, including office management, documentation, and interpretation/translation services
• Develop and manage asset control systems
• Lead internal procurement processes, including vendor management, negotiations, and cost optimization
• Manage building and facility
• Establish operational KPIs, monitor service standards
• Identify operational risks and implement effective mitigation measures
• Lead and develop the Operations team, ensuring high performance and accountability
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and prepare operational reports for senior management

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Facilities Management, or related field
• 7–10 years of experience in operations/administration, including 3+ years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of procurement, asset and facilities management
• Experience in a multinational or structured corporate environment preferred
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Solid understanding of compliance and operational risk
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Fluent English required; Russian and local languages are a plus
