Kyrgyzstan Country Sales Representative (Contract manufacturing of Food Supplements)

We are an EU-based contract manufacturer of dietary supplements, specialising in producing soft gels, hard capsules and sachets. With over 14 years of experience on the market, we are now seeking a qualified and experienced Representative to join our team and help us expand our business into the market of Kyrgyzstan.

Responsibilities:

As Kyrgyzstan Country Sales Representative, you will:

• Search for potential customers, including pharmaceutical manufacturers, supplement manufacturers, pharmacy chains, FMCG chains, and supplement brand owners (we expect you to have a wide network of potential clients that buy dietary supplements (under their own brand),

• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers,

• Generate leads and close new business (you would be responsible for the contracts from A to Z),

• Prepare and submit sales reports,

• Provide market intelligence and insights,

• Understand and comply with local regulations and standards related to dietary supplements

• Build and maintain a strong brand reputation for the company in the Kyrgyzstan market

• Work closely with our team in Poland

• Represent our company at trade shows and industry events.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in selling private-label food supplements/contract manufacturing services of food supplements in Kyrgyzstan (and other countries of the region)

• Strong understanding of the Kyrgyzstan dietary supplement market

• Proven track record of success in closing deals between local customers and

• foreign contract manufacturers of food supplements (preferably from the EU)

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Fluency in English and local language(s)
