Responsibilities:-
Financial Management & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the construction site.
- Monitor and manage the site’s budget, ensuring that the project stays within financial parameters.
- Prepare and submit regular financial reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to the head office and project management team.
- Oversee cash flow, ensuring that funds are available for operations while minimizing excess cash held at the site.

Cost Control:
- Track and analyze all project costs to ensure accuracy and compliance with the project budget.
- Identify cost variances and recommend corrective actions to project managers and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure accurate pricing and manage supplier invoices and payments.

Accounts Payable & Receivable:
- Manage all incoming and outgoing invoices related to the construction site.

- Verify and process supplier invoices, ensuring accurate and timely payment.
- Manage receivables, including progress payments and retention, ensuring accurate billing and collection of payments.

Payroll Management:
- Oversee payroll processing for site employees, including timesheet management, wage calculation, and tax compliance.
- Ensure proper documentation of labor hours and ensure all payroll-related expenses are recorded accurately.

Compliance & Audit:
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
- Assist in both internal and external audits by providing necessary financial documents and reports.

Inventory & Asset Management:
- Maintain accurate records of site inventory, equipment, and assets.
- Monitor material usage and costs, ensuring alignment with the budget.

Financial Systems & Tools:
- Utilize accounting software and project management systems to track and manage financial data.
- Implement improvements to financial processes and systems to increase efficiency.
- ducation: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the construction industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems) and Excel.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction project accounting, budget management, and cost control.
- Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and analytical thinking.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Leadership: Ability to manage a small on-site finance team and work cross-functionally with various departments.
- Languages: [Fluency in Russian and English and Russian is preferred.]
