At Growave, we build a retention platform for e-commerce businesses that helps online stores increase customer loyalty and engagement. We’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our support team.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot technical issues with the Growave app on storefronts
• Customize Shopify themes and Growave widgets
• Communicate with clients via Intercom, email, and calls
• Create or edit scripts for Reviews, Loyalty, and Wishlist features
• Collaborate with Developers and modify code in the Shopify + Growave environment

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (confident skills)
• English (written & spoken) + one or more additional languages
• Client-side debugging experience (browser console, dev tools)
• Experience with templating engines or template languages
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Self-managing and reliable
