Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to manage logistics of all aspects of supply chain, starting from production, shipment, customs clearance to the finish.
- Understanding of accounting or finance.
- Must be able to comprehend legal documents.
- Strong communication skills and the desire to build lasting relationships with customers.
- Skilled user of Excel
- Able to work well with cross-cultural teams.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Good time-management skills
- Excellent language skills: English and Russian, Chinese are preferred;
Duties:
- Control all the process of logistics from manufacturing, inventory maintenance, shipment and delivery;
- Returning back fault equipment to factory;
- Control locally scrap process of old equipment;
- Preparation of documents for smooth customs clearance and handling the issues related to customs.
- Planning and managing logistics, transportation and customer services
- Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle
- Other tasks assigned by director or supervisor
