Duties:

• Provide day-to-day IT support to 150+ users across all entities
• Set up, configure and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers and peripherals
• Handle user onboarding and offboarding: device setup, account creation, access provisioning
• Maintain and troubleshoot local area network (LAN), Wi-Fi access points and network switches in the office
• Coordinate with internet service providers and local network vendors on connectivity issues
• Perform periodic on-site IT support visits to the Solar Energy Project site (~3 hours from Bishkek)
• Provide basic first-line support for all application systems (user access, common issues)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, system administration or a similar hands-on IT role
• Proven experience supporting users in a corporate environment
• Windows OS administration (Windows 10/11, Windows Server basics)
• Microsoft 365 administration: user and license management, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online
• Network fundamentals: LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, basic troubleshooting
• MikroTik configuration and administration: RouterOS, firewall rules, VPN, DHCP, DNS
• Hardware support: laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals — setup and repair
• Basic knowledge of 1C (user access management, common issues)
• Active Directory basics: user accounts, group policies, password management
• Knowledge of English
