Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Ability to manage logistics of all aspects of supply chain, starting from production, shipment, customs clearance to the finish.
• Understanding of accounting or finance.
• Must be able to comprehend legal documents.
• Strong communication skills and the desire to build lasting relationships with customers.
• Skilled user of Excel
• Able to work well with cross-cultural teams.
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Good time-management skills
• Excellent language skills: English and Russian, Chinese are preferred;

Duties:

• Control all the process of logistics from manufacturing, inventory maintenance, shipment and delivery;
• Returning back fault equipment to factory;
• Control locally scrap process of old equipment;
• Preparation of documents for smooth customs clearance and handling the issues related to customs.
• Planning and managing logistics, transportation and customer services
• Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle
• Other tasks assigned by director or supervisor
