More than 12 years of progressive substantive work experience in project management and fundraising;
Spearheaded a regional project funded by the US Department of State and implemented in Central Asia, as a project director.
• Being a meticulous and dedicated project manager/project director with 12+ years of experience, working closely with project teams both locally and globally to maintain the continuous knowledge of the project status to identify potential challenges & opportunities within and/or related to the project;
• Being an expert in setting up deadlines, disbursement of tasks, and involving new members amongst those working in the office and remotely, as well as new volunteers and interns;
• An enthusiastic professional fundraiser with 12+ years of experience in drafting and submitting project/grаntproposals in English and Russian languages to eventually secure funding (successfully secured funding from the World Bank / UNDP and IOM/ EBRD/ etc.)

Project management
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope and budget;

• Monitor and evaluate projects against specific criteria to fill in project indicator tables as well as utilize various tools to structure and visualize information properly;
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports, including budget trackers and project performance indicators;
• Report regularly to donors and the project steering committee;
• Communicate challenges and progress to upper management via engaging and artful presentations;
• Maintain project databases, ensure information is up to date and secure;
• Manage programs of international organizations (LogFrame, Smartsheet);
• Conduct Assessments of CSOs and prepare Reports (consultancy for the 3rd sector);
Fundraising
• Research individuals, corporations, and foundations that are interested in gift-giving;
• Effectively convey the organization’s mission, vision, and programs to potential donors;
• Draft and submit Technical and Financial proposals (including extensive experience with the LogFrame approach and such platforms as QUANTUM, Vendor Kiosk Portal, SAMS Domestic, etc.);
• Facilitate mutually beneficial partnerships with prime bidders and prospective subcontractors, as well as bring in new experts amongst those available locally and internationally;
• Strategize and successfully execute fundraising campaigns;
• Organize fundraising events while overseeing teams of volunteers.

• Provide administrative and clerical support, including facilitating interdepartmental communication, managing schedules, and maintaining a digital filing system;
• Provide translation/interpretation support (English into Russian and vice versa; written, consecutive, and simultaneous);
• Accurately book rooms for guests, including those with special accommodations;
